About this speaker
Melissa has been a practicing physical therapist since 2000 after graduating from Shenandoah University, working for Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA, since 2003. She is a founding partner of the Pelvic Rehabilitation program and works exclusively addressing male and female bowel and bladder problems, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and pregnancy/ post-partum pelvic issues. Melissa earned her Women’s Health Certified Specialist designation in 2013. Outside of work, Melissa stays busy keeping up with her husband and 3 children, enjoys cooking, reading, and exercise.
